The rabbit signifies the arrival of springtime, when there is new life. It is also a symbol of luck and longevity in Chinese culture.
Rabbit from our Standard collection and Baby Rabbits from our Mini collection are also available separately.
The design for the larger Rabbit is referenced from Yoshitoshi's woodblock print of the Jade Rabbit. I paid attention to the thread directions to give it a fluffy appearance with minimal lines. For the Baby Rabbits, I used another of Hokusai's manga designs as the inspiration for these.
